How We Work

KSS STORES (King's Swift Sourcing) sources products from reliable international suppliers, primarily from China. All orders are processed and shipped to Accra, Ghana, before being delivered to you.

Order Processing

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Pre-order items are sourced upon order placement. Estimated delivery timelines are stated on each product page — please review these before ordering.

Delivery Timelines

Standard international shipping: 45–60 days from order confirmation.
Pre-orders may take longer depending on supplier availability and shipping schedules. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location within Ghana.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
