📦 Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it arrives in Ghana. We source products internationally and deliver them to your door once they arrive.

How long does delivery take for pre-orders?
Pre-order delivery typically takes 45–60 days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive updates once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our refund policy. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
